Re-Heating Instructions

Should you wish to reheat any of your dishes upon arriving home/on receipt of delivery, please refer to the instructions below. You will also find allergens listed here.

1. Lamb Skewers: Transfer to an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Reheat in the oven at 180C for approximately 8 minutes. Can also be reheated in the microwave for 60 seconds. Contains gluten.

2. Bruschetta: Store in the fridge and consume within 3 days. Contains gluten.

3. Deep Fried Aubergine Crocchettes: Transfer to an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Reheat in the oven at 180C for 5-6 minutes. Contains gluten, eggs and milk.

4. Arancini: Transfer to an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Reheat in the oven at 180C for 5-6 minutes. Contains gluten, eggs, dairy and sulphite.

5. Burrata: Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. Contains dairy.

6. Melanzana Parmigiana: Transfer to an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Reheat in the oven at 180C for 10 minutes. Can also be reheated in the microwave for 60 – 90 seconds. Contains gluten and dairy.

7. Crispy Calamari Fritti: Reheat in microwave for 40 – 60 seconds. Contains gluten, eggs, dairy and fish.

8. Large Ravioli: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2 – 3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Can also be reheated in the microwave for 60-90 seconds. Contains gluten, dairy and eggs.

9. Spaghetti Carbonara: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2 – 3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Contains gluten, eggs and dairy.

10. Ragu: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2 – 3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Can also be reheated in the microwave for 2 – 3 minutes. Contains gluten, celery, dairy and eggs.

11. Rigatoni Pasta with Organic Chicken: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2 – 3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Can also be reheated in the microwave for 60-90 seconds. Contains gluten, dairy and milk.

14. Organic Duck Ragu: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2 – 3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Can also be reheated in the microwave for 60 – 90 seconds. Contains gluten, sulphite and celery.

15. Linguine with King Prawns: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2-3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Contains gluten, dairy, crustaceous and sulphite.

16. Spaghetti Frutti Di Mare: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2 – 3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Contains gluten, dairy, crustaceous and sulphite.

17. Seafood Saffron Risotto: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2 – 3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Contains gluten, sulphite, crustaceous and fish.

18. Lobster Ravioli: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2-3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Contains dairy, gluten, sulphite and crustaceous.

19. Garlic & Rosmarino Pizza Bread: Transfer to an oven tray and reheat in the oven at 200C for 3 minutes. Contains gluten

20. Garlic & Mozzarella Pizza Bread: Transfer to an oven tray and reheat in the oven at 200C for 3 minutes. Contains gluten and dairy.

21. Marinara Pizza Bread: Transfer to an oven tray and reheat in the oven at 200C for 3 minutes. Contains fish, gluten and dairy.

22. Roman Pinsa Pizza with Prosciutto: Transfer to an oven tray and reheat in the oven at 200C for 3 minutes. Contains gluten and dairy.

23. Roman Pinsa Pizza with Red Onions and Goats Cheese: Transfer to an oven tray and reheat in the oven at 200C for 3 minutes. Contains gluten and dairy.

24a. Italian Chips: Chips are gluten free. Parmesan contains dairy.

24b. Petit Pois with Pancetta: Cover and reheat in the microwave for approximately 1 minute.

24c. Sprouting Broccoli with garlic butter: Reheat in the microwave for 2 minutes. Contains dairy.

25. Dips can be stored in the fridge and consumed within 3 days. Parmesan and Pecorino Cheeses contain Dairy. Mayonnaise Pots contain pasteurised egg.

26. Mini Tiramisu Savoiardi: Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. Contains dairy, pasteurised egg and alcohol.

27. Profiteroles: Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. Contains gluten, dairy, egg. May contain traces of nuts.

28. Toffee & Honeycombe Cheesecake: Store in the fridge and consume within 1 day. Contains dairy and gluten.

29. Hot Chocolate Tortino with Gelato: Reheat in microwave for around 20 seconds. Contains eggs, wheat, soy, dairy. May contain traces of nuts.
