Re-Heating Instructions

Should you wish to reheat any of your dishes upon arriving home/on receipt of delivery, please refer to the instructions below:

  1. Stuffed Green Large Olives with Italian Sausage Deep Fried
    Transfer to an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Reheat in the oven at 180°C for 5-6 minutes.
  1. Bruschetta topped with mixed Mushrooms, fresh Chilli and Parmesan Sprinkle (v)
    Mushrooms can be reheated in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.
  1. Burrata (Creamy Mozzarella Cheese), Parma Ham, Cherry Tomatoes, Basil and Rucola Salad
    Keep in the fridge and consume within 3 days.
  1. Traditional Risotto Balls (Arancini) filled with Ragu, Peas & Mozzarella
    Transfer to an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Reheat in the oven at 180°C for 5-6 minutes.
  1. Penne Arrabbiata with Basil and Pesto Dressing (v)
    Reheat in the microwave for 40-60 seconds.
  1. Rigatoni Bolognese with Pecorino Cheese
    Reheat in the microwave for 40-60 seconds.
  1. Vegetarian Lasagna Verde (Spinach, Roasted Peppers & Butternut Squash) (v)
    Transfer to an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Reheat in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Can also be reheated in the microwave for 60-90 seconds.
  1. Spaghetti Carbonara (Pancetta, Egg Yolk, Pecorino Cheese & Black Pepper)
    Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2-3 minutes whilst stirring with a fork.
  1. Large Ravioli filled with Buffalo Ricotta & Spinach in a Tomato & Basil Sauce (v)
    Reheat in the microwave for 40-60 seconds.
