Re-Heating Instructions

Should you wish to reheat any of your dishes upon arriving home/on receipt of delivery, please refer to the instructions below. You will also find allergens listed here.

1. Bruschetta: Store in the fridge and consume within 3 days. Contains gluten.

2. Arancini: Transfer to an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Reheat in the oven at 180C for 5-6 minutes. Contains gluten, eggs, milk (dairy), celery and sulphite.

3. Courgette Flowers: Reheat in a hot oven for approximately 5 minutes. Contains gluten and dairy.

4. Burrata: Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. Contains dairy and nuts.

5. Prawn Cocktail: To be kept covered in the fridge and consumed within 24 hours. Contains eggs, dairy and shellfish.

6. Cuttle Fish: Reheat in a saucepan for approximately 3 minutes. Contains gluten and molluscs.

7. Large Ravioli: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2 – 3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Can also be reheated in the microwave for 60-90 seconds. Contains gluten, dairy and eggs.

8. Melanzana Parmigiana: Transfer to an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Reheat in the oven at 180C for 10 minutes. Can also be reheated in the microwave for 60 – 90 seconds. Contains gluten and dairy.

9. Crispy Calamari Fritti: To be eaten straight away. Reheat in microwave for 40 – 60 seconds. Contains gluten, eggs, dairy and mollusc.

10. Spaghetti Carbonara: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2 – 3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Contains gluten, eggs and dairy.

11. Paccherri Pasta with Tuscan Sausage: Reheat in a saucepan for approximately 3 minutes. Contains gluten, sulphite and celery.

12. Lamb Shank: Transfer to an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Reheat in the oven at 180C for 10 minutes. Can also be reheated in the microwave for 60 – 90 seconds. Contains gluten, dairy, milk, barley, sulphite, celery and alcohol.

13. Rigatoni Pasta with Organic Chicken: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2 – 3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Can also be reheated in the microwave for 60-90 seconds. Contains gluten, sulphite, celery and dairy.

14. Risotto Cacio e Pepe: Transfer to an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Reheat in an oven at 180C for 10 minutes. Can be reheated in a microwave for 60-90 seconds. Contains dairy, sulphite and gluten.

15. Bucatini with King Prawns: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2-3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Contains gluten, dairy, crustaceous, sulphite and celery.

16. Lobster Ravioli: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2-3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Contains dairy, gluten, sulphite and crustaceous.

17. Sea-bass Fillets: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2-3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Contains dairy and gluten.

18. Burger Caprese: Reheat in a hot oven for approximately 5 minutes, with chips separately. Please enquire for allergens.

19. Aged Scottish Beef Fillet: Reheat steak in microwave for approximately 3 minutes. Reheat chips in microwave for approximately 2 minutes (maximum). Contains gluten, dairy and sulphite.

20. Garlic Pizza Bread: Transfer to an oven tray and reheat in the oven at 200C for 3 minutes. Contains gluten

21. Garlic & Mozzarella Pizza Bread: Transfer to an oven tray and reheat in the oven at 200C for 3 minutes. Contains gluten and dairy.

22. Marinara Pizza Bread: Transfer to an oven tray and reheat in the oven at 200C for 3 minutes. Contains gluten and fish.

23a. Asparagus: Reheat in a saucepan for approximately 3 minutes, with a teaspoon of butter. Contains dairy.

23b. Petit Pois with Pancetta: Cover and reheat in the microwave for approximately 1 minute.

23c. Italian Chips: Reheat in a hot oven for approximately 3 minutes. Chips are gluten free. Parmesan contains dairy.

24. Dips can be stored in the fridge and consume within 3 days. Parmesan and Pecorino Cheeses contain Dairy. Mayonnaise Pots contain pasteurised egg. Pesto contains nuts.

25. Tiramisu Savoiardi: Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. Contains dairy, pasteurised egg, alcohol, sulphite and gluten.

26. Profiteroles: Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. Contains gluten, dairy and egg. May contain traces of nuts.

27. Strawberry & Champagne Cheesecake: Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. Contains gluten, sulphite, dairy and eggs.

28. Hot Chocolate Tortino with Gelato: Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. Gelato to be kept in the freezer. Reheat in microwave for around 20 seconds. Contains eggs, wheat, soy, dairy and gluten. May contain nuts.

29. Limoncello Panna Cotta: Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. Contains sulphite and dairy.
