Re-Heating Instructions

All our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other allergens are present and our menu descriptions may not include all ingredients. So please inform us of any allergies.

Should you wish to reheat any of your dishes upon arriving home/on receipt of delivery, please refer to the instructions below. You will also find allergens listed here.

1. Bruschetta: Store in the fridge and consume within 3 days. Contains gluten.

2. Arancini: Transfer to an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Reheat in the oven at 180C for 5-6 minutes. Contains gluten, eggs, milk (dairy), celery and sulphite.

3. Burrata: Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. Contains dairy and nuts.

4. Large Ravioli: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2 – 3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Can also be reheated in the microwave for 60-90 seconds. Contains gluten, dairy and eggs.

5. Melanzana Parmigiana: Transfer to an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Reheat in the oven at 180C for 10 minutes. Can also be reheated in the microwave for 60 – 90 seconds. Contains gluten and dairy.

6. Crispy Calamari Fritti: To be eaten straight away. Reheat in microwave for 40 – 60 seconds. Contains gluten, eggs, dairy and mollusc.

7. Spaghetti Carbonara: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2 – 3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Contains gluten, eggs and dairy.

10. Paccherri Pasta with Corn Fed Chicken: Reheat in a saucepan for approximately 3 minutes. Contains gluten, dairy, sulphite and celery.

11. Lamb Shank: Transfer to an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Reheat in the oven at 180C for 10 minutes. Can also be reheated in the microwave for 60 – 90 seconds. Contains gluten, dairy, milk, barley, sulphite, celery and alcohol.

12. Roasted Pumpkin Truffle Risotto: Transfer to an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Reheat in an oven at 180C for 10 minutes. Can be reheated in a microwave for 60-90 seconds. Contains dairy, sulphite and gluten.

13. Spaghetti Frutti di Mare: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2-3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Contains gluten, dairy, crustaceous, sulphite and celery.

14. Linguine with Prawns: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2-3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Contains gluten, dairy, crustaceous, sulphite and celery.

15. Lobster Ravioli: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2-3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Contains dairy, gluten, sulphite and crustaceous.

16. Sea-bass Fillets: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2-3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Contains dairy and gluten.

17. Aged Scottish Beef Fillet: Reheat steak in microwave for approximately 3 minutes. Reheat chips in microwave for approximately 2 minutes (maximum). Contains gluten, dairy and sulphite.

18. Garlic Pizza Bread: Transfer to an oven tray and reheat in the oven at 200C for 3 minutes. Contains gluten

19. Garlic & Mozzarella Pizza Bread: Transfer to an oven tray and reheat in the oven at 200C for 3 minutes. Contains gluten and dairy.

20. Marinara Pizza Bread: Transfer to an oven tray and reheat in the oven at 200C for 3 minutes. Contains gluten and fish.

21a. Brocolli: Reheat in a saucepan for approximately 3 minutes, with a teaspoon of butter. Contains dairy.

21b. Petit Pois with Pancetta: Cover and reheat in the microwave for approximately 1 minute.

21c. Mash: Reheat in microwave for 40 – 60 seconds. Parmesan contains dairy.

21d. Italian Chips: Reheat in a hot oven for approximately 3 minutes. Chips are gluten free. Parmesan contains dairy.

22. Dips can be stored in the fridge and consume within 3 days. Parmesan and Pecorino Cheeses contain Dairy. Mayonnaise Pots contain pasteurised egg. Pesto contains nuts.

23. Tiramisu Savoiardi: Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. Contains dairy, pasteurised egg, alcohol, sulphite and gluten.

24. Profiteroles: Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. Contains gluten, dairy and egg. May contain traces of nuts.

25. Cheesecake: Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. Contains gluten, sulphite, dairy and eggs.

26. Hot Chocolate Tortino with Gelato: Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. Gelato to be kept in the freezer. Reheat in microwave for around 20 seconds. Contains eggs, wheat, soy, dairy and gluten. May contain nuts.

27. Limoncello Panna Cotta: Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. Contains sulphite and dairy.
