Re-Heating Instructions

All our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other allergens are present and our menu descriptions may not include all ingredients. So please inform us of any allergies.

Should you wish to reheat any of your dishes upon arriving home/on receipt of delivery, please refer to the instructions below. You will also find allergens listed here.

1. Bruschetta: Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. Contains gluten.

2. Aubergine Croquettes – please enquire for details.

3. Arancini: Transfer to an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Reheat in the oven at 180C for 5-6 minutes. Contains gluten, eggs, milk (dairy), celery and sulphite.

4. Burrata Cheese: Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. Contains dairy and nuts.

5. Crispy Calamari Fritti: To be eaten straight away. Reheat in microwave for 40 – 60 seconds. Contains gluten, eggs, dairy and mollusc.

6. Large Ravioli: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2 – 3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Can also be reheated in the microwave for 60-90 seconds. Contains gluten, dairy and eggs.

7. Melanzana Parmigiana: Transfer to an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Reheat in the oven at 180C for 10 minutes. Can also be reheated in the microwave for 60 – 90 seconds. Contains gluten and dairy.

8. Lasagna Bolognese – please enquire for details.

9. Spaghetti Carbonara: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2 – 3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Contains gluten, eggs and dairy.

10. Lamb Shank: Transfer to an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Reheat in the oven at 180C for 10 minutes. Can also be reheated in the microwave for 60 – 90 seconds. Contains gluten, dairy, milk, barley, sulphite, celery and alcohol.

15. Linguine with Vongole & Tiger Prawns: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2-3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Contains gluten, dairy, crustaceous, sulphite and celery.

16. Lobster Ravioli: Reheat in a pan with half a cup of hot water for 2-3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Contains dairy, gluten, sulphite and crustaceous.

17. Garlic Pizza Bread: Transfer to an oven tray and reheat in the oven at 200C for approximately 2 minutes. Contains gluten.

18. Garlic & Mozzarella Pizza Bread: Transfer to an oven tray and reheat in the oven at 200C for approximately 2 minutes. Contains gluten and dairy.

19. Marinara Pizza Bread: Transfer to an oven tray and reheat in the oven at 200C for approximately 2 minutes. Contains gluten and fish.

20a. Baby Spinach: Reheat in a saucepan for approximately 2 minutes. Contains garlic and chilli.

20b. Broccoli: Reheat in a saucepan for approximately 3 minutes, with a teaspoon of butter. Contains dairy.

20c. Petit Pois with Pancetta: Cover and reheat in the microwave for approximately 1 minute.

20d. Mash: Reheat in microwave for 40 – 60 seconds. Parmesan contains dairy.

20e. Italian Chips: Reheat in a hot oven for approximately 3 minutes. Chips are gluten free. Parmesan contains dairy.

21. Dips can be stored in the fridge and consume within 3 days. Parmesan and Pecorino Cheeses contain Dairy. Mayonnaise Pots contain pasteurised egg. Pesto contains nuts.

22. Tiramisu All’Amaretti: Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. Contains dairy, pasteurised egg, alcohol, sulphite and gluten.

23. Profiteroles: Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. Contains gluten, dairy and egg. May contain traces of nuts.

24. Strawberry and Champagne Cheesecake: Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. Contains gluten, sulphite, dairy, eggs and alcohol.

25. Espresso and Walnut cake with Gelato: Store in a cool, dry place and consume within 2 days. Gelato to be kept in the freezer. Contains eggs, wheat, soy, dairy, gluten and nuts.

26. Limoncello Panna Cotta: Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. Contains sulphite, dairy and alcohol.
